The Texas Department of Public Safety’s Garland laboratory completes testing on the blood alcohol level of suspected driver’s more many counties in the North Texas area, including Dallas, Collin and Rockwall.  In 2016, the DPS Garland lab was under scrutiny when one of their lab “experts” was found to have given conflicting testimony under oath.  Check out the DallasNews.com article below:
