Occupational Driver's License

Occupational Driver’s License

If you are charged with or convicted of an intoxication offense in Texas, you may be facing a driver’s license suspension. If your driver’s license is suspended, you may be eligible to apply for an Occupational Driver’s License, an Essential Needs Driver’s License or a Restricted Driver’s License. With each of these (should you qualify), you will get an Order from a Judge allowing you to drive even though your driver’s license and driving privileges may be currently suspended. Each one of these has specific requirements.

Exceeds Expectations

Ashley reached out to me in a time of need. I was struggling to get a good deal with an attorney that didn’t care about me as an individual. After bringing her on, my case and situation became 3x’s more manageable, and ended better than I could have hoped.
